Chief Executive Officer - Ms. Marlene Fuentes
Marlene is a development economist with over 25 years of broad professional experience in urban and rural, agriculture, social, natural resources and environment sectors. Her fields of expertise are in programme/project planning and appraisal; development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems; project management covering work planning and budgeting, project management information and administration systems; and design, conduct and management of training and capacity-building programmes. Marlene has worked on projects and programmes supported by the ADB, Danida, EU, FINNIDA, NZAID, UNDP, UN-HABITAT, USAID and the WB. She has worked in various countries in south and southeast Asia, the Pacific and in eastern and southern Africa.





Project Director - Sriyan De Silva
Sriyan is ANZDEC’s in-house Information and Communications Technology (ICT) specialist and senior project manager for international development projects. A Sri Lankan, he moved to New Zealand in 2007 to join ANZDEC’s project management team. Sriyan is a qualified ICT consultant highly experienced in the design, development and implementation of ICT based applications and systems with over 20 years of cumulative experience. He is also a highly experienced project manager in natural resources and agriculture and rural development sectors supported by ADB, WB and JICA. He has worked in Australia, Bahrain, Fiji, Finland, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, UAE, and the USA.





Finance Manager - Ms. Sunila Mani
Sunila has over 18 years of experience in financial and management accounting, covering internal and external audit, taxation, business law and ethics, computing, administration, customer services and treasury management. Originally from Fiji where she started her career as a teacher of accounting, Sunila has worked in Australia as an internal auditor and office manager for a large office supplies company, in Fiji as an accountant in the hospitality/hotel industry, and since the mid 1990s, in New Zealand holding accounting roles in the insurance, legal, aged care and development consulting sectors.
